Appointments

To make an appointment, please call
(616) 451-2336 during regular office hours. We schedule patients from 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. We occasionally have office hours on Wednesday, and summer hours may vary. We close for lunch from 1:00 until 2:00 p.m. This leaves the noon hour available for your appointment convenience. If you can’t keep your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice. This makes it possible for another patient to see the doctor or hygienist. We have voicemail so that you can leave a message any time after hours. There will be a charge for all broken appointments.

Emergencies

We know that emergencies can arise and we will do our best to respond to your problem promptly. When you are uncomfortable, that is our immediate concern. Call us at (616) 451-2336 as soon as you suspect that you need to see us. After hours and on weekends, our voicemail message will give you an emergency phone number to call.
